Remember when buying vintage clothing and accessories, these items have been previously worn, loved, and will show signs of age. 

You are adding to the story of a piece 

Please review all of the photos and the product description to learn about the full condition of an item. We strive to describe all the details, but any flaw should be evident in photos or description. When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read and understand the condition of an item. 

We do our best to describe and photograph the clothing on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have any questions about color, sizing, or fit we would be happy to assist you! Contact us at: hi@retrolocal.com

Orders will ship 1-2 business days after being placed.

If for some reason this timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you via email. 

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Returns

As of February 2024 we are offering a 7 day return window for online orders. You may return your order for store credit.

In the event that you wish to facilitate a return, please email us at hi@retrolocal.com. We will send you a prepaid shipping label with which you can mail back your item(s). Return submissions must be sent within a 7 day window from when you receive your order. Otherwise we will not accept the return.

In the event of a return we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure your parcel and get tracking and delivery information for all returns. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees or any other additional fees that may incur outside of Retrolocal. (PayPal fees, etc.) 

Items not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Retrofitted Parcels
  • Artist collaborations

All sales at pop-up shops or in person are final
