Remember when buying vintage clothing, you are purchasing an item 20 years old or older. These items have been previously worn, preloved, and will show signs of age. 

You are adding to the story of a piece! 

Please review all of the photos and the product description to learn about the full condition of an item. We strive to describe all the details, but any flaw should be evident in photos or description. When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read and understand the condition of an item. 

We do our best to describe and photograph the clothing on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have any questions about color, sizing, or fit we would be happy to assist you. Contact us at: hi@retrolocal.com

Orders will ship 1-2 business days after being placed.

If for some reason this timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you via email. 

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

 

Returns

All sales are final, but if your item arrives damaged or you have other concerns, please contact us (hi@retrolocal.com) to facilitate a return. If able, please provide a photo and description of the issue. 

In the event of a return we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure your parcel and get tracking and delivery information for all returns. Buyers are also responsible for any other additional fees that may incur outside of Retrolocal. (PayPal fees, etc.) 

In the event of a return, we ask that items are shipped back within 5 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return. Please contact us with any questions at: hi@retrolocal.com
